The length of stem sticking out of the top of the weight\/lead is 5mm (maximum).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is a cutting guide on the Cap part (that the Insert screws into) to assist in cutting to length.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWeights\/leads can quickly and easily be removed (unscrewed) from the set-up, for a rapid change of size, or for safe transportation and storage without weights\/leads attached.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rubber Plug holds the set-up under light tension to prevent leader\/line movement and tangles, and becomes a shock absorbing bead once free running.
